India has scope for 130-150 more wide-body aircraft: GE Aerospace

India’s civil aviation market has the potential to add 130-150 more wide-body planes as airlines expand and consider deploying them in dense domestic routes, according to GE Aerospace South Asia CEO Vikram Rai. Currently, there are only about 50 wide-body aircraft in India’s fleet of 700 commercial planes.
